Postal Orders
Orders received on a working day (Monday to Friday) before 2:00pm West Australian time will be posted on the same day via Australia Post.

Unless otherwise requested, all orders are dispatched via Australia Post Express delivery. A tracking code is made available through the same method your order was placed, indicating the ETA, which will depend on postal services to your delivery address. On average, one to three working days.

If no benefit is experienced after 60 days, the product may be returned for a refund, subject to the conditions below.

Conditions:

  • If, after using the Oska Pulse for 30 days as directed, no improvement is noticeable, please contact Customer Support on 1300 764 117, or email  support@medictechnology.com.au, to discuss further treatment suggestions.
  • If no benefit has been experienced after 60 days, the product may be returned for a refund.
  • As some conditions may take much longer to resolve, (longer than 60 days) we may extend the offer for an agreed length of time.
  • In order to return the product, you will need to contact us and request, or download, a Returns Authorisation Form.

What to do:

  • The Oska Pulse must be returned in its original box, undamaged and with all accessories.
  • The refund does not include the cost of postage and is for the purchase price of the Oska Pulse device only.
  • For health reasons, used wraps cannot be refunded; therefore, if both wraps have been used, the refund will be less $90.
  • Refunds are paid within 5 working days of MTI receiving the Oska Pulse, using the same method by which the Oska was purchased, i.e. credit card or direct deposit.
  • Please be aware that product purchased using Paypal, After Pay or Stripe will have incurred a merchant imposed processing fee.
  • Your refund will therefore be the purchase price paid, less any credit card or other fees charged, less the compression wraps if used.
  • Subject to the conditions above, complete the Returns Authorisation Form.
  • Pack goods, including the Returns Authorisation Form, into the box ready for postage and address to:
